Dinesh Sadhwani & Co (DSCO) is a Malaysian law firm which was founded by Dinesh Sadhwani in 2017.
DSCO's practice areas include corporate & commercial law, dispute resolution, employment law, notarisation services, probate, real estate law, regulatory matters and revenue law. DSCO has acted for a variety of clients, including multinationals, listed companies, government linked companies, small & medium sized businesses and individuals.
Dinesh has been in active legal practice since 2008 and a notary public since 2023. Prior to founding DSCO, he spent close to a decade with one of Malaysia’s oldest and largest law firms. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of London, passed the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) at his first attempt and passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programme at his first attempt. He is conversant in 4 languages – Sindhi and Hindi (spoken) and Malay and English (written and spoken).
