Dinesh Sadhwani & Co (DSC) is a Malaysian law firm which was founded in August 2017 by Dinesh Sadhwani.

The firm's practice areas comprise, amongs others, corporate and commercial law, real estate law, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, tax law and employment law. The firm acts for a broad spectrum of clients - ranging from Malaysian to foreign owned, privately held to publicly listed, small & medium sized businesses to multi-nationals and individuals to corporations.

The firm is also instructed by other Malaysian law firms, particularly for corporate & commercial law matters. In addition, the firm is instructed by foreign law firms from various jurisdictions to assist with Malaysian law matters.
